No referral is needed to book an appointment. GP referrals are welcome if you are planning to access Medicare rebates.
Yes. We believe consistency matters. You will see the same speech pathologist at every appointment.
We aim to confirm your initial assessment within 1 business day of your enquiry. Initial assessments are typically available within 7 days.
Your therapist will take time to understand concerns, complete relevant assessments where appropriate, and discuss goals with you. Clear recommendations and next steps are explained before anything moves forward.
Session length and frequency vary depending on individual goals and needs. This is discussed with you and reviewed regularly as progress is made.
Yes. Speech assessments and reports can be completed when required for funding, NDIS plan reviews, or other supports. Timeframes and costs are discussed with you before proceeding.
Yes. Telehealth sessions are available when appropriate and can be a flexible option for some clients and families.
Yes. We support NDIS participants who are plan managed or self managed, Medicare Chronic Disease Management Plans, and private clients.
